Agatha Dudzinski

Communications, Impact and Learning Manager

Agatha Dudzinski (she/her) has worked across NGOs, charities, and membership-based organizations, with experience in communications, engagement, volunteer services, program delivery, and operations. Before joining the ICN, she worked as a Strategic Advisor in marketing and communications at the National Institute for Supply Chain Leaders. She previously spent more than seven years at Catalyste+ (formerly CESO-SACO), an international development organization, where she led volunteer services and managed the member and volunteer experience. Earlier in her career, she delivered youth employment programs as a Bilingual Program Manager at the YMCA of Greater Toronto.

As Communications, Impact and Learning Manager, Agatha co-manages the ICN and leads its communications, knowledge-sharing, and impact-measurement efforts. Her work includes facilitating communities of practice, developing content that communicates the network’s impact, and coordinating program monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Bilingual and collaborative, she brings a practical and engaging approach to turning ideas into action.
