Description: The 2025 Cooperation Canada Leaders’ Forum brings together senior leaders and emerging
changemakers to reflect and strategize on the future of Canadian international cooperation. In a
world facing growing disruption, the forum offers an opportunity to explore challenges and co-
create bold, collective responses.

The objectives of this forum are to:

• Comprendre les dynamiques qui façonnent le paysage de la coopération mondiale, ainsi que le rôle du Canada dans ce contexte.
• Offrir un espace aux dirigeant·e·s confirmé·e·s et émergent·e·s pour établir des liens avec leurs pairs, tout en favorisant les connexions intergénérationnelles.
• Identifier les priorités en matière d‘action collective et d’innovation pour les organisations canadiennes, afin de renforcer leur contribution à l’écosystème de la coopération internationale, tant au niveau national que mondial.
• Engage with the federal government on priorities for Canadian international
  cooperation.

The format of the forum will be candid discussions, peer learning, and collaboration workshops. The forum will provide opportunities for participants to learn, reflect and concretely identify ways to collaborate to collectively drive meaningful change in Canada and globally.  This event is open to CEOs, Executive Directors and Emerging Leaders from Cooperation Canada members and affiliated networks.

Calling all young leaders aged 18-34! The Cooperation Canada Leaders' Forum 2025 is scheduled for October 29 -30, 2025, at the TCC in Ottawa. This event provides a platform for youth to engage in dialogue, contribute and connect with senior leaders and emerging changemakers to reflect and strategize on the future of Canadian international cooperation. In a world facing growing disruption, the forum offers an opportunity to explore challenges and co-create bold, collective responses.

The Inter-Council Network is looking to identify eight inspiring Youth Delegates to represent Provincial International Cooperation Councils coast to coast to coast on the national stage at this year’s Cooperation Canada Leaders' Forum. As a Youth Delegate, you will have the unique opportunity to learn, reflect and concretely identify ways to collaborate to collectively drive meaningful change in Canada and globally. The experience will offer valuable exposure to national processes and empower you to amplify youth voices in global decision-making on sustainable development.

The deadline for applications is September 19, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Atlantic Time.

Exigences

• Vous devez avoir entre 18 and 34 years old at the time of the Cooperation Canada Leaders' Forum 2025 (October 29-30, 2025).
• You must be a Canadian citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada.
• You must have a demonstrated interest in international affairs, current events, or
  multilateral institutions.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
