In December 2018, the Inter-Council Network of Provincial and Regional Councils for International Cooperation (ICN) and the Canadian Council for International Co-operation (CCIC) conducted a survey to gather feedback on the first call for preliminary proposals for small and medium-sized organizations (SMOs), launched by Global Affairs Canada on November 28th, 2017.
