Improve organizational readiness at managing crisis using scenario-based planning

Offered in partnership with BCCIC and OCIC, facilitated by Aléas, during this training series participants will be introduced to scenario-based planning to identify potential crises that may arise and will learn how to develop contingency plans to build their organization’s resilience.

• Free training taking place over three sessions
• Offered through pre-session online learning activities along with real-time webinars
• 8+ hours spread over three weeks
