Spur Change, along with our implementing partners in the Inter-Council Network across Canada, are pleased to offer to small and medium organizations working in international cooperation a workshop on Results-Based Management (RBM)! This national workshop will be a practical, hands-on experience for participants to strengthen their capacities in RBM. This course contributes to a better understanding of RBM through application of the concepts learned during RBM 101 Practicing Results-Based Management: An Introductory Course and as such, the 101 is a prerequisite for participation.
