What is a financial statement and its main components? During this webinar you will learn how to prepare a financial statement and what is required within it. It will also help you read a financial statement and understand how balance sheets are related to profit loss. Financial statement samples will be shared with participants during the webinar.

Lyn Stienstra is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) who works at the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra as VP of Finance & Administration. Prior to this she held the same position at Canadian Lutheran World Relief. She is currently the Chair for Creative Manitoba and has been on that board for 3 years. Lyn has experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations in areas of finance, administration, HR, IT, governance, risk management, fundraising and is a committed team player. Lyn has served on the Manitoba Council for International Cooperation (MCIC) Board, as President for four years and on the Finance Committee.
