In order to increase the effectiveness of SMOs to deliver sustainable results, Spur Change hosts learning opportunities online and across Canada in partnership with the provincial and regional councils of the ICN. These learning opportunities aim to better equip SMOs to implement their programming and highlight opportunities for innovative and gender-transformative approaches through good practices and promoting knowledge-sharing amongst SMOs.

Recognizing the unique needs of SMOs for capacity-building, Spur Change’s learning roster has been informed through multiple needs assessments with diverse SMOs from across the country to ensure relevant and specific learning resource development.
