The goal of this two day, online workshop is to build participants’ knowledge of and capacity to plan and conduct a baseline study including qualitative and quantitative data collection methods that incorporate gender sensitive approaches and indicators.
Dr. Denise Buchner brings decades of expertise offering technical and evaluation support to international, non-governmental, and private programs/projects, often within challenging contexts. Her portfolio features the development of project and program Performance Measurement Frameworks (PMF) and Project Implementation Plans (PIP), alongside the creation of data collection instruments and sampling frames.
She has worked on Global Affairs Canada projects and is familiar with the reporting requirements. She has designed and implemented baseline and endline studies using mixed methods for large and small organizations. Denise is a Credentialed Evaluator registered with the Canadian Evaluation Society. She is culturally aware and has outstanding skills for capacity building.
