The Spur Change program is a 5-year initiative, funded by Global Affairs Canada, aiming to increase the effectiveness of Canadian small and medium organizations to deliver effective, sustainable results in support of the Feminist International Assistance Policy and the Sustainable Development Goals. In order to ensure that the Spur Change program responds to the needs and interests of your organization, we have launched a needs assessment process that includes a series of roundtables across Canada, three of which have already taken place in Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan, and two are coming up in Alberta on October 5th and British Columbia on October 3rd. In addition to the in-person roundtables we have prepared an online survey. You are welcome to complete this online survey even if you have already participated in an in-person roundtable.
We ask that you take 20 minutes to complete the survey. The deadline to complete the survey is October 31st, 2019.
We hope to take the results of this online survey, along with what was shared during the in-person roundtables, analyze them and present them to you for discussion and validation at the 2019 National Conference of Spur Change, to take place from 20 to 22 November in Edmonton, Alberta.
Once the results have been validated, Spur Change will use them to inform its programming and the activities and opportunities it will offer you in the years to come.
